Fees & Quotes

Each of our project is unique as each buliding and owner's needs are unique. We provide free estimates on new systems for homes, whether it is to upgrading the existing units or to get the proper equipment for a new structure. Please call the office to set up an appointment for your free estimate.

To come to your home and check your air conditioner, there is a service call charge of 66.00. Once the service technician has inspected your system, heÕll then give you a price for the cost of the repairs to your system. Travel time may be charged if your home is located further than 40 miles from our Office. We have a service technician on call 24/7, although overtime charges will be applied to your invoices if we come to your home after normal business hours. (Monday - Friday 8-5) Maintenance Customers are excluded from overtime charges.

Service calls are billed on an hourly basis. Labor is included in the hourly rate with materials as additional cost. Travel time is billed at 1/2 rate. Work done on holidays and emergency service performed oustide the regular business hours (M-F 9-5, S 9-12) are billed at time and half.

We aim to please and will work with your budget. Financing for qualified clients may beavailable through some of our underwriters, manufacturers and local financial institutions.
